Fowler Homes New Plymouth is proudly owned and operated by Taranaki locals Jason Reid and Tony Sarich, who bring over 40 years of combined experience in the building and construction industry. As hands-on Directors and Licensed Builders, they work directly with clients to deliver high-quality, custom homes tailored to local needs.

Offering a full range of services—from bespoke design and build to knockdown and rebuild projects—Jason and Tony are dedicated to making the building process smooth, personal, and stress-free. Their commitment to excellence was recognised in 2024 when their showhome received the PDL Wiser Smart Home and a Silver Award at the Master Builders Awards.

Their award-winning showhome is open to visitors at 13 Papawhero Drive, Bell Block from Tuesday to Friday, 9am–1pm, and Sunday, 11am–1pm.
